Marc is a computer engineer and amateur cook living in Washington DC. When he’s not reading or writing code, he’s experimenting with food he grew up with in Beirut.

Old City Hot Sauce is his first food startup, inspired by the levantine aioli “toum” and a general appreciation of numbness caused by intense heat, pain and flavor.
